Last Weekend

It's officially the last weekend before finals week! yaya...I only have two finals that hopefully won't be that bad...Just one paper stands between me and summer! I can't wait but I will miss going out with my friends and being in school..

I went to Urban Outfitters today with my friends in order to get some fresh air and I came to a conclusion...You see, I am usually more of a jeans girl. I tend to not wear shorts and think they are super uncomfortable. However, after seeing all the amazing shorts at Urban today, I suddenly became a shorts girl!

What would you prefer to wear? Shorts/skirts/pants/dresses? Happy Weekend everyone!!

I don't get it

I really don't get the whole fuss about the royal wedding..I know they're royalty and all but do we actually know them? At least that's how I feel about it ha-ha

Anyways, today is another beautiful sunny day and a Friday...I don't know what is better...the fact that it's nice out or that the week is finally over!

For my outfit today, I pulled out another new shirt from H&M. It's from their new organic clothing line that I am just adoring! The shirt is so soft and has little cut out flowers along the bottom of the shirt. I wore this with J Brand jeggings and my brown Minnetonka moccasins..I'm off to some stores now with my friend..Have a great weekend everyone!

Sequin and Stripes all in one

Almost the end of the week! yay...The school year is coming to an end and I could not be more excited...I can't wait for the summer and being with my family again! The beach is also looking pretty appealing

Today was another hot, sticky day with a lot of thunderstorms! I decided to pull out a new shirt because there are not many days left to wear all my new clothes I brought back to school ha-ha.

This shirt gets me so excited! I love the color and style of the shirt! It has just enough sequins to make it stand out, but not too many where it's obnoxiously visible...I also love how they combined 2 trends in one tank! Stripes and sequins...Does anyone else love J.Crew as much as I do? I really think they don't have one thing I wouldn't run to buy!

Ready, Set, Go!

This morning I had to get ready so fast because I woke up a little late...I did not know what to wear at all. I only had one class but I don't like wearing sweats..I just feel better about myself when I get dressed nice even if it's just to sit in my room

Singing in Sunshine

It's so nice out today! So sunny on another day that was supposed to rain! I'll take it...I am going for a walk to town with my friend now to get coffee..What else is new ha- ha

Last Week Of Classes

Happy Monday everyone! I am full of energy due to the numerous amounts of coffee I had this morning! I came back to school at 6 AM to make it back for my 11 PM test...I was so exhausted that I met my friend for breakfast when I got back to school in order to stay awake..I had delicious oatmeal, fruit, and TOO much coffee! I am literally bopping up and down! Good news though! I think I did amazing on my test..I looked at the answer key and I think I only got 2 wrong! Woohooo!

For my outfit, I wanted to be comfy for the car ride so I wore black Forever 21 leggings, black long tank from Target, and my new sweatshirt from Urban...The one that looks like an inside out sweatshirt that only I would purchase ha-ha...Oh, also because it is obviously raining but very warm out, I went for my Sperry Top-siders over my Hunter rain boots.  Turns out these Sperry's really are waterproof!

Red Hot

Happy Easter everyone! Today was supposed to be nasty weather but I woke up to sunshine and 80 degrees! That was a great surprise! Today I took a power walk with my mom, got my nails and toes done, and studied studied studied! I have such a hectic week coming up that I am just trying to keep it together

Seriously, someone please help me with my shopping addiction! ha ha...Really though I can not stop! My mom and I went to the Tanger Outlets to kill some time today and I bought 2 shirts from Bass and a solid mustard colored T-shirt and light pink skinny belt from J.Crew...It was all pretty cheap and all on sale but I really need to learn to just say NO!

Anyways, while going shopping like usual I wore black Forever 21 leggings, stripped button up T-shirt (old from the Gap), grey button up sweater also from the Gap, and hunter rain-boots

If someone knows how to get over a shopping addiction let me know!!

Trip to the mall

Today I went to the mall to return the dress I bought for formal since I was not going anymore. Of course I missed the return date by a day so all I got was store credit! That was fine with me because H&M had amazing things and the store was absolutely insane! After waiting online forever, I found the cutest t-shirt and white knitted sweater..Unfortunately, only the T-shirt was on their website

I also got a sweatshirt on sale at Urban Outfitters...It basically looked like the company messed up and put the tag on the wrong side because the sweatshirt is basically just an inside out sweatshirt...Of course I loved it though because it was so original!!

Lastly, I went to Zara and bought an adorable pink/orange tie-dye scarf since this seems to be the newest trend and I am soo on board! I also bought a cute t-shirt with a quote on it..It's one of those oversized T-shirts that are just easy to throw on and look trendy

What I'm Wishing for Wednesday

Happy Wednesday everyone! It's raining like usual and we had to wear shirts for my sorority, so no outfit post today. Instead, I am going to start up a "what I'm wishing for Wednesday."....I went on Topshop earlier today and found some things that left me drooling!!!...What do you think of these accessories? I usually don't like Juicy since I had my obsession stage when I was younger, but these shoes are making me loveeeee Juicy once again!

It was raining again like usual..However, I did not believe it when the forecast said rain so I decided not to go for my yellow Hunter rain boots or rain jacket..Instead I wore my leather booties along with my leather jacket...At least I had my umbrella to keep me dry!!!

I wore my Delia's skinny jeans, 3/4 sleeve shirt (sister's throwaway pile) along with a tan knitted cardigan (also from my sister's throwaway pile) and black leather booties from Zara...My sister and I tend to like each others clothes that we are sick of so it works out for both of us! After a month we get bored of our wardrobes and shop in each-others closets...At least we get new clothes for no money!

Monday

Hi everyone! So I am back at school once again (I definitely say that way to often!) and I am having my delicious trail-mix of pretzels, Kashi cereal, raisins, and walnuts.Yum!!!! I am going home again this weekend and am already excited! This time, it will be me and mom yay

In the City

Today I went to the city with my dad...It was so nice out which made me feel like the nice weather is finally coming! We went to an immigrant museum on Canal Street...It was very interesting seeing the temple where our ancestors might have been, however, the tour-guide was painfully boring!

After the museum, we went to little Italy and had some pizza and salad...We also had a Mr.Softie that we passed a little farther down the street...There are so many food restaurants, gelato stands, and ice cream trucks that you have to roll down the street by the time your done eating everything!

My dad also bought me a bag at a cute boutique...It was originally $70 but we got it for $40!! I will take pictures of it tomorrow!...I also bought a pair of harem pants and a skirt from Forever 21 yesterday! I am just loving the soft, tan colors lately!!

Home..Again?

As embarrassing as this is, I had to come home already from school! I don't know what it was but I was just so stressed, tired, and upset for no reason..I tried making myself suck it up and stay in school since I am coming home again next weekend but I decided to do what was best for me...That included coming home..My mom is still in Florida so it's just me and my dad..It's actually a good thing because my dad and I don't usually hang out by ourselves that often..It's weird that my moms not home with us, but I am having a lot of fun with my dad!

Last night when he picked me up from the bus in the city, it was 8:30 at night so we were both pretty hungry! We ended up finding a restaurant right across the street and figured we would give it a try..Let me tell you, I am going back there ASAP! It was the most amazing greek food I ever had!..I had a greek salad with grilled chicken and pita while my dad had a greek salad with grilled calamari..We also shared a side of sautéed spinach..It was so delicious I am still drooling over it!

We then come home and ate some ice cream while watching TV..By 11:30 my dad was snoring on the couch and I went to bed

The weather is gross out today with high winds and rain..I may go to the gym with my dad in a little or may get my nails and toes done...Which one sounds better? Ha ha....

Spring Ideas

This Spring, I decided to go for a wardrobe filled with pastel colors, sparkly shirts, and vibrant prints...I used to be a "plain jane" type of girl but not anymore! I just love the feeling of putting on a purple cardigan, or light green flatts...I think it shows that you have a unique style, one that will stand out in a crowd and be remembered!

I Heart You

I woke up a shocking surprise...It said it was going to be cold and raining out all day but when I looked out my window, I felt the warm air along with some sunshine peaking through...It ended up being a gorgeous day once again...Keep it coming!!!

Today I wore my Joe's skinny jeans with zippers on the sides, hearts sweatshirt from Urban Outfitters, and my brown Minnetonka moccasins.. This outfit made me feel like it was Valentine's day but it kept me in a pretty good mood so I'll take it!

By the way, I am modeling for my fashion class and will post pictures of our finds from the thrift store soon!!
